How long will it take to get the solutions back? You will receive your solutions no later than 12 hours after we receive your payment or after your e-check has cleared, but you will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your solutions have been posted or have been completed. How will I get the solutions? You will receive a link to your solutions or an e-mail attachment with your solutions professionally typeset. You will be asked to state your format preference in that initial e-mail reply.

How do I pay? You will receive an e-mail reply following receipt of your problems, indicating the fee and a PayPal payment request link.

Is there a guarantee of the accuracy of the solutions? Every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of solutions, but on rare occasions computational and/or typographical errors may occur.

If I choose the option to have my solutions posted on the web, will everyone be able to see them? No, the URL (unique web address) for the solutions page will be sent only to you, so the solutions will only be viewable by others if you give the address to them.

For only $5.99 per week, you can contact us by chat, from 9:00 PM until 2:00AM (eastern time) seven days per week. We use the Skype™ chat client.

Will you do any pro bono (free) jobs? Over the years, there have been hundreds of requests for free solutions by "poor," "desperate" students, and we have helped out a few. On too many occasions, we have seen students trying to take advantage, so the current policy is: Absolutely no work will be done for free!
